It's great that "the cones are not moving", but as this is a training video, what are we as coaches or players supposed to be doing with those cones?

When he says, "the cones are not moving," I think he means, "Goalie, you don't need to look down at your feet to see where the cones are -- they haven't moved since we started this drill. Keep your eyes up on the ball." The white cones are exterior boundary markers -- goalies should not move beyond them. The four orange interior cones are used to mark where goalies should cut/move. The coach does not want kids to look down to find out where the cones are -- he wants them to use peripheral vision to find cones. That way, they can stay focused on the ball.
