Each Practice Plan can be printed by clicking on the link below. Each activity, drill and progression is also shown in this series of videos. Kudda recommends that coaches print out the Plan and then watch the video for explanation as to how best utilize and teach that skill or activity.   • Boys Lacrosse Pre-Season Workouts In this series of coaching videos for coaches of boys lacrosse, McDonogh Head Coach Andy Hilgartner shares the drills and activities that he conducts during a pre-season workout with his players. The offense and defense gets split and the defense works on conditioning while the offense works w/ Coach Hilgartner. Then for the second half of the workout, the offense goes for conditioning and the defense works w/ the coach.
